BREAKING: Dana White RIPS CNN Host On DEI…
Dana White is a figure who speaks his mind without holding back. If you’re looking for unfiltered honesty, he’s your guy. Recently, he was interviewed on CNN and was asked about DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in relation to Kamala Harris
During the interview, White bluntly said, “I don’t know Kamala, but do I think she is fit for the job? No.” Before diving into the issue of DEI, White questioned Harris’ qualifications to be President, criticizing her based on policy rather than giving in to the host’s talking points. When the host brought up DEI again, White responded that “it’s up to the voters to decide who’s best fit to serve.”
Many media outlets and liberals criticize conservatives for calling Kamala Harris a DEI hire, but it was Joe Biden himself who set this narrative.
According to CNN Article
Biden committed to choosing a woman as his running mate, which inherently excluded half the population based on gender. He said, “There are a number of women who are qualified to be president tomorrow. I would pick a woman to be my vice president.” By framing his decision this way, Biden positioned Harris as a DEI hire, despite media efforts to downplay this fact.
By prioritizing the selection of a woman as his running mate, Joe Biden automatically excluded half of the population based on gender. Biden said,
“There are a number of women who are qualified to be president tomorrow. I would pick a woman to be my vice president.”
This clearly indicates that Biden himself positioned Kamala Harris as a DEI hire, despite media attempts to obscure this fact.
So, what’s the issue with hiring based on race and gender? The focus on these attributes can overshadow the importance of skills and qualifications. DEI, although aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, often results in reverse discrimination and tokenism. Prioritizing superficial characteristics over merit undermines the principles of fairness and equality.
For instance, former Secret Service director Kim Cheatle’s policy to recruit at least 30 percent women by 2030 led to a tragic incident where one American was killed and three others, including President Trump, were shot. Physical standards should be consistent for all members, regardless of gender. There’s no justification for a 5-foot-2 woman to be responsible for protecting a 6-foot-3 individual like Trump, as it compromises the safety of all protectees, regardless of political affiliation.
