BREAKING: Fauci Gets Criminally Referred

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the man who became the face of lockdowns, forced masking, vaccine mandates, and medical tyranny, is now facing criminal referral requests across at least seven U.S. states. Private legal advocacy groups and patriotic lawyers are finally taking action, urging state attorneys general to investigate Fauci and other COVID-era bureaucrats for their devastating misconduct during the pandemic.

In Texas, the Vires Law Group, in partnership with the FormerFedsGroup Freedom Foundation and the Chris Byrd Law Firm, submitted criminal referrals to 22 counties, representing the families of 46 Americans who died under what they call “deadly hospital protocols.”

They are calling for prosecution on charges ranging from capital murder to organized criminal activity. The lawsuits argue that Fauci and his allies pushed dangerous policies that led to countless unnecessary deaths while silencing alternative treatments that could have saved lives.

Louisiana followed suit, with criminal referrals filed across nine parishes. The legal team, backed by Edward Tarpley Jr., a former district attorney, is pushing for investigations into what they describe as crimes against humanity. These referrals don’t just target Fauci—they name other public health bureaucrats, like former CDC Director Rochelle Walensky and former COVID-19 Response Coordinator Deborah Birx, as complicit in the coordinated assault on American freedom and health.

Florida is also stepping up. Lawyers have submitted a grand jury petition to the state attorney general, demanding Fauci face charges of domestic terrorism and fraud. The petition accuses Fauci and his network of targeting the elderly and disabled through draconian health policies that stripped away their rights and subjected them to experimental injections, isolation, and neglect.

And it’s not just individual lawyers and grassroots groups who want accountability. A coalition of 17 state attorneys general, led by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, has formally asked Congress for access to federal documents to aid in their investigations.

These officials argue that any blanket federal pardon from Biden’s regime does not shield Fauci or anyone else from state-level prosecution.
